MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS ASSISTANCE

Umbrella Care Management, LLC is the exclusive care management company for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society(NMSS) in Orange and Sullivan counties, a division of the New York City – Southern New York Chapter. As such we’re able to offer our services free of charge through the NMSS to county residents afflicted with multiple sclerosis. Patients are eligible for this service regardless of income.
