When my mother had gotten a tough diagnosis, we really needed someone like Barbara to help us navigate the related issues. I’m one of four siblings and none of us were geographically close to our mother at the time. Worse, because all of us were worried, we were all separately bothering the doctors, and I’m sure they were all sick of providing the same information four times whenever anything new came up.
We just needed someone to help us navigate everything that was going, and to act as an advocate for mom since none of us could be there.
My mother liked Barbara right away, and she was very helpful to all of us.
